Update Tuesday 29th September

We are sorry that some candidates are having issues getting through to customer services.  We now have a new phone line which is now open extended hours from 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday.

Please call 0208 616 5106 and a customer services agent will be able to assist you.

 

Test reschedules / cancellations

The refund policy is currently suspended so if you need to cancel or reschedule your test you will not lose your test fee.

 

Test dates

We have contingency testing slots from 2-8th October that candidates can book into.  We are currently recommending that candidates sit their test at a test centre unless they have a strong reason to sit the UCAT Online.  There is good test centre availability. 

 

UCAT Online issues

If your exam does not start properly or an IT issue prevents you from completing your test, please be assured that we will help you rearrange your test at no additional cost.  We have lots of test centre capacity including contingency slots after the 1st October.  

To reschedule your test, you will need to phone Pearson VUE Customer Services on the number above.  You may need to wait 24 hours after your abandoned test before they will be able to re-book your new test.
