Please provide as much information as you can to help us answer your enquiry. You will usually receive a response within 2 working days.

Data Privacy

We must have a candidate's written consent to a third party (such as a parent/guardian or teacher) acting on their behalf. It is therefore preferable that candidates sitting the UCAT 2026 submit a Help Request through their UCAT account.

There may be a delay dealing with your query if you do not complete the form or your data does not match your account details (if applicable).

You cannot use this form to:

  • request a change to the name registered on your UCAT account or submit a different Help Request - please do not use the form below as you will be instructed to submit a Help Request via your UCAT account and this will further delay a response.
  • book, cancel or reschedule a test – if you are unable to do this via your UCAT account, please call Pearson Customer Services.
  • submit a query about the UCAT ANZ. Candidates sitting the UCAT ANZ (Australia/New Zealand) should refer to these contact details.
