Important information for candidates who created a UCAT Account in a previous year: UCAT Accounts created in previous years are no longer active.
All candidates (new and returning) will need to create a new UCAT Account if they wish to test in 2026.
Registration for the UCAT 2026 opens 20 May 2026 (14:00 UK Time)
You will be allocated a new UCAT ID as your old one will no longer be valid.
Accessing historical score reports
Universities only accept scores provided directly by the UCAT Consortium. 2025 results can still be viewed by universities. Should you need a copy of a score report for your records, you can request this by contacting Pearson Customer Services.
No. While we are introducing this new candidate registration system, the test itself remains unchanged.
You need to apply for access arrangements and/or the UCAT Bursary each time you sit the UCAT. Approved applications are only valid for that year’s sitting of the UCAT. Evidence from previous years is not retained.
Refer to Access Arrangements or UCAT Bursary Scheme for details of the application processes as this will be different to previous years.

All our universities have access to a database containing all results. If you provide universities with your 2025 candidate ID (UKCAT+ 6 digits), they will be able to look up your 2025 result.
